Docmgr is a complete, web based Document Management System. It allows for the storage of any file type, supports full-text indexing of the most popular document formats, multilingual and is easy to translate into new languages. Beyond its stock indexing subsystem, it also has the ability to incorporate Tsearch2 (a full-text indexing add-on for PostgreSQL) for a responsive, full-text file indexing system.
